Metal Fabrication
Ornamental and structural fabrication for residential and commercial jobs, in seven metals, with lintels, burglar bars, embeds, heli-arc welding and scroll work on top.
Chapter 01
Think of us as an all-around manufacturer
Pool Custom Ironworks has handled ornamental metal fabrication for both residential and commercial applications since 1971. Stairs and railings are two of the things this shop builds, not the only two. If it has to be cut, rolled, or welded to fit, it comes through the same shop.
Every job is drawn before it is cut, the same as a stair or a rail, because a bracket that is wrong by an eighth of an inch is still wrong.

Storefronts, embeds, and everything else that has to fit
In addition to our traditional services, we provide commercial products for all of your business needs, whether that means protecting a storefront's windows or adding a piece of scroll work above the door.
Lintels and embeds go in before the concrete does, burglar bars and window protection go on after, and heli-arc welding covers the jobs where a standard weld will not hold or will not look right doing it.
Chapter 03
A warranty on every custom job
All of our custom fabricated products come with a FREE 1-year parts and labor warranty, on top of a free estimate before any of it gets cut.
Residential and commercial applications get the same coverage, because the warranty is on the work, not on the size of the invoice.

Two kinds of capability
Metals we work in, and products we specialize in.
Metals we fabricate with
Specialized products
Ornamental work
Scroll work and gates, cut the same as a stair
Metal scroll work is one of the specialized products this shop builds, and it gets the same drafting and welding attention as a monumental stair. Whether it is protecting a business's windows or adding beauty to a storefront, the process starts on the same drawing board.
